Where I am right now (off the coast of Indonesia, presently sailing from Semarang to Surabaya), it’s 7:30 pm on Friday evening and I’m about to head to the Chef’s Dinner on Seabourn Odyssey. I’m looking forward to a gorgeous dinner from the fabulous Food and Beverage team on board.
