GIVEAWAY – Vintage Cathay Pacific Amenity Kit
As I shared last week, I came across two unopened Cathay Pacific amenity kit bags still in their original packaging. These are from my favorite era of their women’s kits – the Ipa-Nema bags.
These bags were one of my favorites – they have beautiful embroidered designs and would easily double as a cocktail bag or cosmetic case. I liked how feminine and well-designed these bags are. They hold up very well with every day use.
I had many Cathay Pacific first class flights during the period of time these ran so I managed to gift several of them to friends and family.
Now I want to give a couple away to my readers.
This week I’m going to give away this bag:
You can see the opening here – the original contents are still in there (although these ran 4-6 years ago so I can’t vouch for the current state of the contents, which are from the Australian line Aesop):
So here is how I’m going to give this bag away…
Leave a comment on this entry sharing what ( or who or where) you are thankful for in the world of travel, miles and points, or other sundry related things.
I will take comments through Friday 11/28 at noon Central Time. After that, I will pick a random number and that commenter will win the bag. I will do the drawing the next time I have internet access after the contest closes and will mail the bag out the week of December 8 when I return to the US. (Note – do not worry if your comment does not display immediately – I am in moderated comments more while I travel internationally!!!)
Next week I will give the other bag away so stay tuned to enter that contest.
In the meantime, keep checking in for more updates from my current trip that includes Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines, Seabourn Odyssey, and several ports in Indonesia. You can find my entries for this trip on this page. And don’t forget to check out my special guest blogger review of Cathay Pacific First Class (San Francisco to Hong Kong).
