Welcome to the Round Up – our recurring compilation of the interesting, intriguing, and just plain weird things we find on the internet.

  • Apple Nixes Texting While Driving – Apple is due to release iOS 11 this fall. The upgraded software, which runs on Apple’s mobile devices (iPads, Apple Watch, and iPhones) will prevent you from texting while driving. Oprah has been trying to get us to do this for years and many states have banned it already. Now Apple will make it easier for you to do the right thing. (USA Today)
  • Mark Zuckerberg and His Wife Honeymoon Every Year – With that kind of money, I hope it’s somewhere wonderful. (Travel+Leisure)
  • Uber is Trying to Fix its Corporate Culture  –  As if Uber’s management debacle wasn’t enough by itself, and after firing 20 employees for harassment (including an executive who obtained medical records of a woman who had been raped by her Uber driver in India), you’d think this would have happened sooner. Uber is hiring a former Harvard professor to try to reign in the Uber management Dumpster fire. (CNN)
